The warranty period becomes eligible from the moment of:

• for seasonal goods, the guarantee goes from the moment the season begins.

Warranty service includes:

• exchange for a similar product without a surcharge;
• exchange for a similar product with a surcharge;
• return of goods and transfer of funds to the customer’s credit card.

Exchange and return of products of good quality

Our company guarantees that the customer can refuse the goods of good quality within 7 days from the date of purchase in the following cases:

• the goods have not been used, packages with all labels, there is also a receipt for the purchase;
• the goods are not included in the list of products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.

The customer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for another if it is identical in value or for another product with a surcharge or refund of the difference in price.
